Description
This class meets at the University Bay Fields. Meet over by the shelter on the Northwest part of the fields. 
Prerequisite: Winter Kiting Classroom Students will be introduced to the sport of kiting and will learn how to safely fly the kite on land. Students will work in pairs to practice launching and flying the kites.  For those students who are ready, harnesses will be introduced and students will learn how to fly wearing a harness and work and re-pack all the safety releases.   For information on the Kiting fleet we recommend reading the Winter Kiting Manual.
